While miraculous, there is no denying the multitude of changes that occur with your physical body, hormones, and brain. Your identity is changing, you might feel the loss of a life that you had before children, and shifts in your relationship with your partner and other family members.

You might be excited, but unsure and anxious about how you’ll raise your children and what kind of family you want to create. Together, we can understand your values, talk through and make sense of these shifts and relationship dynamics, and explore any feelings you might be experiencing.
